Iqthishodi: Jurnal Ekonomi, Hukum, dan Bisnis Islam
The Journal aims are to be a critical, innovative, and interdisciplinary scientific publication to advance the theory and practice of Islamic Economics and Finance in addressing contemporary issues. Its main objective is to formulate Shariah-based solutions to global challenges, particularly those related to technology, public policy, and crisis resilience. The first scope discusses Digital Civilisation and Islamic Economics, examining the integration of AI, blockchain, and big data in sharia finance, as well as algorithm ethics based on sharia maqashid. The second scope is Sharia Public Policy and Global Governance, analysing sharia-based public policy, the harmonisation of Islamic law in national and international systems, and the geopolitics of the halal economy. The third section focuses on Neuroeconomics and Behaviour in Islamic Finance, researching Muslim consumer behaviour, the intersection of Islamic psychology and risk management, and social experiments for the development of Islamic products. The fourth scope reviews Crisis, Resilience, and Islamic Economic Ethics, covering the Islamic economic response to global crises (pandemic, climate), sustainability models based on waqf and zakat, and the theory of resilient societies based on maqashid. Finally, the fifth scope is Fiqh of Economic Innovation and Sharia Digital Market Law, encouraging contemporary ijtihad on new business models (gig economy, halal NFTs) and Islamic legal legislation on digital transactions. Through this broad scope, Iqtishodi strives to be the main reference in responding to Islamic economic issues in a futuristic and ethical manner.
This journal is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution.
